Brief introduction to aluminum honeycomb core

Aluminum honeycomb core is a regular orthohexagonal honeycomb core which is made by means of adhering, overlying, stretching and unfolding multiple layers of aluminum foils. Aluminum honeycomb core has sharp and clear pore wall and does not have burrs, so it is suitable for splicing high-quality core-to-core panels and other purposes.

The core layer of honeycomb plate is a hexagonal aluminum honeycomb structure; the interactive dense honeycombs are alike a great number of small I-shaped beams which can dispersedly bear the pressure coming from panels, so that the panels can be uniformly stressed, and high flatness of large area of panel can be maintained. In addition, thermal expansion of panel can be greatly reduced through hollow honeycomb.
